Larraine "Larry" Dayton Beach

Larraine "Larry" Ann Beach, 67, of Diamondale, passed away Monday, at Eaton Community Hospice Home.

She was born the daughter of Kenneth and Dorothy (Baker) Dayton. She worked as a driver for railroad transportation. Larry enjoyed fishing, spending time with her cat, gardening and crafts.

Larry is survived by a daughter, Laura (Timothy) Carr of Holt, two grandchildren, Lyndsy (Andrew) Gamet of Lansing and Bryon Carr of Holt, a great-granddaughter, Lily Gamet, her mother, Dorothy Dayton of Olean, NY, a sister, Dorothy Mehnert of NY, two brothers, Richard Dayton of PA and Kenneth Dayton of NY.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Dayton.

A memorial picnic was held August 13, 2009 at Valhalla Park in Holt. Memorial contributions may be made to the Eaton Community Hospice.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Lux-Moody-Wolfel Funeral Home, Alma.
