Kathleen M. Frost, loving wife, mother and grandmother

ALLEGANY - Kathleen M. Frost of 4115 S. Nine Mile Road passed away on Monday (March 19, 2018) at her home following an illness.

Kathleen was born on Sept. 29, 1943, in Olean, and was a daughter of Carl and Barbara Veno. On Feb. 10, 1962, she married her husband of 56 years, Wilbur L. Frost, who survives.

Kathleen was a graduate of Olean High School. She was a member of the Jesus Christ Church of Latter Day Saints. Kathleen enjoyed when she could go fishing and camping, playing cards and worshiping the Lord.

Along with her loving husband, Kathleen is survived by three children, Richard L. (Nancy) Frost of Olean, Sharon E. (Jack E.) Simon of Gadsden, Ala., and Carla A.L. (Scott) Budaj of Olean; 13 grandchildren, Stephen, Kelly, Jessica, Tania, Aron, Travis, Lance, Jasmine, Eric April, Kaitlyn, Gabriel and Kohl; 19 great grandchildren, HaKathleen M. Frostah, TaKathleen M. Froster, Jackson, Dakota, Makayla, Caidyn, Micah, Karina, Sean "Bubby," Tyler, Maddy, Acton, Cherith, Melody, Nicholas, Colby, Chase, Emma, and Elijah; three siblings, Salvatore (Janice) Veno of Olean, David (Joyce) Veno of Westons Mills and Carl (Sharon) Veno of Olean; and many nieces and nephews.

Kathleen was predeceased by her parents; a granddaughter, Stephanie Tisdale; and a great-granddaughter, Reagan Simon.

Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (March 23, 2018). The Rev. Jack Simon, Kathleen's son-in-law, will officiate.
