Elizabeth Suda

OLEAN - Elizabeth L. "Betty" Whitton, of 1826 Avenue A, died Wednesday (May 2, 2012) at The Pines Health & Rehabilitation Center in Olean.

Born June 27, 1941 in Olean she was a daughter of Walter and Josephine Plewnarz Suda.

Surviving are one daughter, Julie (Jeffrey) Rapp of Buffalo; two granddaughters, Allison Rapp and Caroline Rapp; one son, Robert Whitton of Olean; one sister, Nancy (Jack) Arnold of Olean; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Kosciol.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation Saturday (May 12, 2012) from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home 3128 W. State Rd. Olean. A memorial service will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Rev. James Vacco, OFM, pastor of St. Bonaventure Church, will officiate. Burial will be on her parent's lot in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
