Unfortunatly, I could find no obituary. None the less, I think this information is relevant and merits a place here. We have heard that he was a medic on a helicopter killed in a crash in Massachusetts, however a search of an NTSB database of all aircraft accidents on the day of his death and for the previous 30 days showed only one helicopter accident with fatalities and that was in Utah. Dave was not among the listed fatalities.

I was able however to find his name on a tomb in a Mausoleum in Massachusetts, and the following notes. Note the the inscription names his wife.
