Isabelle M. Black Smith Isabelle M. Black Smith returned to her heavenly home on Jan. 17, 2010.

Born Oct. 14, 1941 in Olean, N.Y., Isabelle was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Marion Black. Survivors include her husband, David F. Smith; children, Kevin, Debbie, Diane and Denise and their families; and brothers, Art, Jim and Miles and their families. She was predeceased by her brother, David. A memorial service will be held March 13 at 2 p.m. at Hillside Wesleyan Church, 753 Prospect Ave., Olean.
