Geraldine Sue (Reynolds) Russell
SEATTLE – Geraldine Sue Russell, of Seattle passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013. She fought a valiant battle with brain cancer for almost two years.
Geraldine was the daughter of the late Clyde and Mag Reynolds of Dugan Road, Olean, N.Y.She is also predeceased by her brother, Leonard Becker of Oswego, N.Y. She married Frank B. Carucci in August 1958. After living in California for several years, she relocated to Seattle in 1968. Remarrying Marvin R. Russell, she remained there for the rest of her life.
She had established herself as a licensed massage therapist and also assisted in many child births as a doula.
She is survived by one sister, Catherine Gazdik of Oakland, Calif.; and her six children, Victoria Thompson, Frank B. Carucci Jr., Elizabeth Morgan, Claudine Covolo, Matthew Russell and Cole Russell. Geraldine was the grandmother of nine and great-grandmother of three. In memory of her name, donations can be made to Caringbridge.
