First Silas Generation

Silas MILLER was a son of Moses MILLER (born 13 Aug 1766 and died 1 Jun 1851) and Elizabeth HOPPING (born 13 Apr 1766 and died 13 Jun 1849). Silas was born 14 Mar 1799, lived on a farm between Napoli and Little Valley, NY, and died 12 Dec 1876 in Napoli, Cattaraugus Co., NY. He was buried in Miller Hill Cemetery (aka Maple Grove Cemetery), Napoli, Cattaraugus Co., NY.

Silas married Nancy CRANE daughter of Shadrach CRANE (born 24 May 1773 in New Jersey, and died 28 Oct 1848 in Napoli, NY; note: his name is spelled Crain on headstone in Miller Hill Cemetery, Napoli, NY) and Hannah PALMER (born 16 Jul 1773 in Ballston, Saratoga, NY, and died 22 Jan 1841 in Batavia, NY) 28 Jan 1825. Nancy was born 24 May 1800 in Throop, Cayuga Co., NY. She died 16 Apr 1881 in Napoli, Cattaraugus Co., NY. She was buried in Miller Hill Cemetery, Napoli, NY.

Betsy Ann MILLER was born in 1829 and died 25 Aug 1886

Second Generation

Ann Eliza MILLER (Silas) was born and died in Napoli, Cattaraugus Co., NY. She was buried in Miller Hill Cemetery, Napoli, NY. Ann Eliza married Judson SIBLEY son of Charles SIBLEY and Sarah DARLING 2 Oct 1850. Judson was born 30 May 1826 in Cooperstown, Otsego Co., NY. He died 9 Nov 1912 in Napoli, NY. He was buried in Miller Hill Cemetery, Napoli, NY

Herbert Delano SIBLEY was born 8 Dec 1861 in Napoli, Cattaraugus Co., NY. He died 30 Aug 1937. Herbert married Margaret Eleanor CAMPBELL daughter of John CAMPBELL Rev. and Elizabeth REED 16 Jun 1884. Margaret was born on 1 Apr 1860 in Canada. She died in Mar 1918.
Ella A. SIBLEY was born 7 Feb 1852 and died 6 Jun 1938

Charles was born 13 Dec 1860 in Throopsville, Cayuga Co., NY. He died 26 Jan 1946 in Napoli, NY. He was buried in Miller Hill Cemetery (unmarked grave), Napoli, N.Y.

Edith married James Stanley BARNES son of Thomas BARNES and Mary DELANY 25 Nov 1916. James was born 9 Dec 1882 in NY state (Otsego Co.) He died 23 Jan 1958 in Los Angeles County, CA. His cremains were buried in Los Angeles County, CA.
