The The above document transfers the Watters property in New Ireland from Catherine Watters who has passed away, and her heirs who are listed as the parties of the first part, to William Watters on December 28, 1920 for the sum of $1.00. It also states that Catherine took ownership of the property from a Frederick P. Schoonmaker and wife on October 1, 1895. The heirs swear that they have done nothing to encumber the premises which meant there was no hidden debt that William Watters would assume. Note that George, Frank and Nora Watters all use two t's in the spelling of Watters while Bee Waters uses only one t. George Watters can be seen in the pictures below.
